Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) is finally ready to bring back the 2018 Jeep Grand Wagoneer with a modern woody panel. Rumors about the return of the Wagoneer’s classic have emerged since last year after FCA boss gives a little glimpse. And now Chrysler is preparing the return of Wagoneer after absence for 23 years! Just remind you that the Jeep Wagoneer last produced in 1963-1993 and became a pioneer of America’s first 4×4 luxuries SUV on the continent, of course along with the Jeep Cherokee. This is the most revolutionary SUV in his time by offering advanced features that are not offered by its competitors like automatic gearbox, power steering and independent front suspension.
What we know, the first-generation Jeep Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer (SJ) have been sold as a full-size SUV with 4WD configuration in 1963-1991. It came as a successor to the Willys Jeep Station Wagon, which is manufactured in the United States in 1946-1965 or exactly after the end of World War 2. Then the SUV is also produced by several different manufacturers such as Willys-Overland Motors, Kaiser Jeep, American Motors and Chrysler. The 1993 Jeep Grand Wagoneer (ZJ) became the last production model that comes as a mid-size SUV. But it’s sold as a special edition model of the Grand Cherokee with two engine options, including a powerful 5.2-liter V8 and 4.0-liter inline-six engine.

Both engines are expected to be sold with 8-speed automatic gearbox.
