All three engine options will be paired to a six-speed automatic gearbox featuring auto grade-braking and tow/haul mode. However, Chevrolet has not yet announced the official specs details regarding fuel economy and mpg ratings on diesel and gasoline engines.
The new Colorado will be available in three different trim level options with 2WD and 4WD configurations when it arrives in the North American market, including WT, LT and Z71. The Z71 trim level is equipped with standard 17-inch alloy wheels, projector headlamps and gunmetal grille surround. The 2015 Chevrolet Colorado release date has been revealed and this mid-size truck is scheduled to go on sale in the North American dealerships in fall 2014. Unfortunately, Chevrolet has not announced official pricing details at this time, so it makes most people curious.
Nevertheless, we predict the price range for the new Chevy Colorado is around $18,000, considering the 2014 Toyota Tacoma go on sale at a starting price of $17,875 (MSRP) and Nissan Frontier which starts at $17,990.
