The concept version of the 2014 Toyota Corolla has been introduced for the first time at the Detroit Auto Show earlier this year and is known as the Furia concept.
This new sedan concept appears with larger front grille and narrow headlights, is also equipped with 19-inch alloy wheels. Overall, the car has an exterior dimension as follows: 4,620mm x 1,805mm x 1,425mm x 2,700mm (length x width x height x wheelbase). No word on detailed specifications or engine lineup at this time.
Speaking about the release date, a Toyota senior executive has confirmed in New York City late last month. He explained that the 2014 Toyota Corolla will be launched ahead of its official debut at the 2013 LA Auto Show, precisely in late November.
Meanwhile, Toyota said in an official statement that the redesigned 2014 Corolla sedan will be unveiled somewhere in the United States. In addition, this new model will also be sold during the LA auto show takes place. Mike Michels said, “Between New York and L.A. is a big span”.
