According to worldcarfans reports, the 2014 Hyundai Genesis Sedan was recently caught undergoing a filming at the Nurburgring race track in Germany. The South Korean-based manufacturer has announced plans to sell the new luxury sedan in the European continent, the report said.
The new Genesis sedan will likely be available in several engine specs options in the European market when it was launched, which includes a 5.0-liter V8 and 3.8-liter V6. All engine options are configured with a HTRAC all-wheel drive system and linked to an eight-speed automatic transmission.
Seeing its exterior design, the car seems to have some similarities with the HCD-14 Genesis concept, but there are a few adjustments and changes to the production version. Furthermore, Hyundai reportedly put a new safety system and provide several improvements to the body structure, as well as improved stiffness.
Speaking about the release date, the 2014 Hyundai Genesis Sedan could be launched later this month, but no official word from the Korean automaker.
