The facelifted 2014 Dacia Duster is ready to start its public debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show this week. As we said that this is the facelift version but even so, Dacia adds a 1.2-liter TCe 125 four-cylinder engine which claimed more powerful, where 90% of the peak torques will be available starting from 1,500 rpm.
This 1200cc gasoline engine paired to a 6-speed manual transmission, while the fuel consumption is rated at 6-liters/100 km or around 39.2 mpg US. Another important refreshment can be seen in its interior, also available MEDIA NAV infotainment system on the top variant. Electric window controls have been moved to the door, previously installed in the center dashboard.
Some other revisions were also seen in the cabin, including revised seats, reinforced rear bench seat and new upholstery. This facelifted model will be available with Adventure exterior package that brings some equipment such as doorsill protectors and flared wheel arches. While the Off-road package offers a bull bar and satin chrome sidebars.
The 2014 Dacia Duster is also equipped with several new features such as snow chains, child-seat, anti-theft system and fire extinguisher kit.
