At this year’s Frankfurt Motor Show Chevrolet has plans to showcase the 2014 Camaro Convertible, which is a facelift version of its convertible variant. The facelift version getting some changes to its exterior and interior design, as well as adding new interior features.
Outside, a few touches have been made by Chevrolet which includes a redesigned front grille, new headlamps also installed, revised taillights and refreshed bumpers. As for the interior, the Detroit automaker put up some interior features such as Chevy’s MyLink infotainment system featuring 7-inch touch screen display and Bluetooth+USB+AUX connectivity.
Under its hood, the Euro-spec 2014 Camaro Convertible is still equipped with a 6.2-liter V8 engine which is good enough to spit out 432 horsepower and 420 lb-ft of torque. As a result, the convertible version can sprint from 0-100 km/h in just 5.4 seconds.
According to GM, the new convertible variant will go on sale with a base price of â‚¬44,990 in the German market and it’s more expensive than the coupe version that starts at â‚¬39,990.
